Dumbell Weight

The program starts with an initial assessment that includes a review of your medical history, current health status, and fitness goals. This information is used to create a customized exercise program tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and limitations. The exercises included in the program may include cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance exercises, depending on your specific needs.
