Program is tailored specifically to individual’s with a BMI of 30 or higher which is considered to be indicative of obesity. The program is designed by our certified fitness professional and health coach. The program takes into account the individual’s current fitness level, any medical conditions or injuries, and their schedule and availability.

Program is designed for individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through lifestyle modifications. Our program focuses on promoting healthy eating habits, increasing physical activity, personalized fitness coaching and providing education on the importance of maintaining a healthy weight.
