Only in town for a few weeks so I was in search of a gym with a mix of free weights and machines. Owner let me in and, for a small fee, gave me a temporary key fob to access the gym. Great guy, clearly cares about the gym and his clients. Would recommend for locals and out-of-towners alike.

This is the absolute best gym in the Memphis area! I highly recommend anyone to join this gym no matter where you’re at with your fitness level. Extremely well kept, clean, and an overall great workout environment. Jay is the best personal trainer! I use to work out by myself in big crowded gyms and never saw any results, but now with Jay’s training, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been!

Nick is great! Very good at what he does! He makes sure you are doing all the exercises and and machines correctly for proper form and to get the best out of your workout! He is also informative about your diet and wellness, a great motivator! I have seen awesome results and i recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their health and fitness!
